A receptionist is required for an independent oil and gas business working in Central London. The successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the offices
- Answering calls
- Relevant filing
- Writing copy/ providing letters
- Administrative support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good telephone manner
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Delivering mail to post office
- Some interest in the oil, gas or energy industry would be ideal.
