Project Contract Manager

 
Project Contract Manager, required by our client, an international oil and gas Operator, to be hired on a contract basis, located in France.
 
 
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Analysis of the obligations of the parties.
  • Exchanges with the project team
  • Collection and exploitation of the mails and emails exchanged with the Customer.
  • Reconciliation and exploitation of contractual documents such as schedules, financial deadlines, logistic interfaces, memories techniques
  • Distribution of contractual obligations within the project team
  • Monitoring the good performance of these obligations
  • Proposals and drafting of letters
  • Implementation of the classification and exploitation of the mails exchanged with the customer  
  • Reconciliation and exploitation of contractual documents such as schedules, financial deadlines, logistic interfaces, memories techniques
  • Proposal and Writing of Variation Requests to the Contract (Price and time limit)
  • Preparation of invoices and monitoring of receipts
  • Monitoring Guarantees
  • Establishment of hands raised
  • Follow-up of the customer's letter of credit
  • Establishment and writing of complaints to the Client
  • Integration of complaints received and issued by the Customer in the claim strategy.
  • Guarantor of the integrity of the contractual parts ('Drive')
  • Update CMP (Contract Management Plan)
  • Writing Mail / Emails
  • Writing and Negotiating Variations and Amendments
  • Keeping the Mail Register
  • Risk and Opportunity Monitoring
  • Billing status
  • Synopsis
  • Writing a Claim / Counterclaim file
 
 
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • 10 years minimum in customer contract management (EP or EPC) in the field of engineering
  • Very good oral command of English
  • Understanding and mastering the contractual issues of contracts for the supply of industrial equipment
  • Writing fluency in French and English
  • Good communication skills with colleagues
  • Adaptability and ability to be part of a team
