PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible to:
Arrange complex and detailed executive travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Co-ordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
Maintain calendar meetings for calls, in person meetings, travel and other events.
Prioritize conflicting needs, handle priorities proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Maintain various types of confidential correspondence.
Type reports, memos, letters and other documents.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or similar and three to five years administrative support experience, preferably support at the executive level. Highly organized with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind along with high level of professionalism, trustworthiness, sound judgment, and a collaborative spirit.
