HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER required by our client a pioneering engineering and construction company, to be hired on a permanent basis, located in Houston Texas.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting Managers in the management of their people in accordance with Clough standards and local labour law requirements
- Delivering recruitment solutions with the support of the Recruitment Advisor and HR Team
- Providing advice on remuneration and other benefits consistent with the Company remuneration policy
- Promoting and supporting performance management and feedback initiatives for staff
- Determining training and development needs and identify opportunities to support
- Providing HR input to budget and actively managing spend
- Monthly and Quarterly reporting
- Recommending amendments to company policies that comply with our business objectives, whilst being fit for purpose in the local region
- Supporting staff and managers on day-to-day issues
- Supervising junior members of the HR team
- Liaising with payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate management of the employment relationship
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or similar
- 8+ years minimum experience in similar role
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle HRIS would be advantageous
- Strong communication, relationship and influencing skills
