POSITION SCOPE
- Develop and evaluate the quality management system policy in accordance with international standards
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and Manage the quality management system
- To propose the General Management a quality policy set up, develop and periodically evaluate the quality management system
- Facilitate the reviews of Quality Management
Quality Management
- Update the Quality manual
- Update the Quality documentation
- Create and manage the referent processes
- To support and advise for the projects and for the subsidiaries of the company
- Ensure the implementation of the quality management system and monitor it
- Plan and control the implementation of internal and external quality audits and surveys (customer satisfaction, process analysis etc)
- Set up quality audits
- Conduct internal audits
- Control the implementation of preventative and / or corrective quality actions
- Develop action plans to improve the “good practices” of the company
- Team Management
- Ensure the recruitment of the team in collaboration with the Human Resources Lead of skills and training of the team
- Calculate the products quality according with the project quality plan, the ITP, the technical specifications, codes and standards to establish the conformity or non-conformity in the product
- The inspection results shall be documented and in case of non-conformity, corrective and preventive actions shall be defined.
- Coordinate the interaction between operations, client and subcontractors assuring the conformity with the project specifications.
- Perform the inspections to installation activities, assembly, welding, painting, equipment installation, E &I respectively assuring the conformity with the project specifications, codes, standards and sow, same as project quality plan and ITP.
QC Inspection
- Evaluate the products quality according with the project quality plan, the ITP, the technical specifications, codes and standards to establish the conformity or non-conformity in the product
- All the inspection results shall be documented and in case of non-conformity, corrective and preventive actions shall be defined.
- Coordinate the interaction between operations, client and subcontractors assuring the conformity with the project specifications.
- Perform the inspections to installation activities, assembly, welding, painting, equipment installation, E &I respectively assuring the conformity with the project specifications, codes, standards and sow, same as project quality plan and ITP.
- Notify in regular basis all the quality issues related to the inspections to the QC Coordinator
- Responsible of fulfil all the quality control documentation and assure that all the documents have been submitted to the Data Book Coordinator.
- Review the project requirements to guarantee the practical improvement.
- Ensure that the dimensional control plan includes the suitable controls and negotiate any client's additional requirement.
- Perform the post welding supervision, review the dimensional control plan specifications and conforming with the mandatory specifications, before the welding application shall review the fit-up assembly for complex structures as required by the foremen and operation engineers review the miscellaneous assemblies.
- Prepare the dimensional control reports.
- Obtain the clients approval for the field inspections performed, as hold point and or witness point according to the QC Plan.
- Review that all the welds have been 100% inspected and accepted, according to the NDE plan for project piping and keep updated the NDE and welding control
- Prepare a Data Base records according to the fabrication and welding drawings
- Witness with the client the critical inspection points during the construction and installation process.
- Coordinate the NDE inspection for the construction areas according to the project priorities.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Good knowledge of concepts, tools and methods of quality management, ISO standards
- Knowledge of the company's HSE rules
- Knowledge of the company's organisation, operations and trades
- Excellent practice of tools
- Sense of communication (written and oral)
- Ability to develop and write reports and procedures
