Mentor IMC Group Privacy Policy for California Residents (CCPA)
This Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Mentor IMC Group and applies solely to California consumers, as defined in and in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
CCPA provides certain rights for California consumers.
The information that we collect is set out in the main body of our Privacy Policy. We further detail it below in accordance with Californian privacy requirements.

Your rights
As a California resident, you have the right: To request access to the personal information we have about you; To request that we delete personal information about you; To opt-out of our use, transfer, exchange or disclosure (including to third parties) of personal information about you; Not to be discriminated against based upon whether you decide to opt-out.
Request opt-out of the sale of Personal Information
California consumers have the right to direct Mentor IMC Group not to sell your personal information (“opt-out”). Mentor IMC Group hereby confirms that it does not sell any personal information to third parties. Mentor IMC Group also confirms that it does not send third party direct marketing communications.
Request deletion
You have the right to direct Mentor IMC Group to delete your information. Upon your request, Mentor IMC Group will delete your personal data, and you will not receive any products, content or services, unless you subsequently provide your personal data in connection with a new registration, or it is otherwise lawfully provided to Mentor IMC Group
Other California Privacy Rights
California’s “Shine the Light” law permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Mentor IMC Group hereby confirms that it does not sell any personal information to third parties. Mentor IMC Group also confirms that it does not send third party direct marketing communications.
To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by email with “CCPA Request” in the subject line to dataprotection@mentorimcgroup.com or by post to the address below. Acceptable verification process: Requests for access to or deletion of Personal Information are subject to our ability to reasonably verify your identity in light of the information requested and the information held by us, and will be determined by the nature of your initial request, and any subsequent communication.

Mentor IMC Group will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your above rights.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your rights on your behalf. Your authorized agent must be able to provide to Mentor IMC Group proof that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf. For your protection, we reserve the right to deny any request from an agent who does not submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf.
We will acknowledge receipt of a consumer request and inform you of how we intend to process your request within 10 days. We will endeavor to fully respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
