Catcher FPSO Arrives at Oilfield in The North Sea

Commissioning activities have commenced on Premier Oil’s Catcher FPSO ahead of its 7-year contract at the oilfield.

The floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel arrived in Cromarty Firth, in Scotland on 10th October.

The Catcher development is on track for first oil by the end of the year with the project’s floating production vessel now moored in field.

Mentor IMC Group, supporting Premier Oil, played a vital role in the secondment of the client project management team for the construction and commissioning of the FPSO in Japan, Korea and Singapore.
