SENIOR PLANNING & RISK required by our Client, within renewable industry to be assigned on a (CONTRACT) basis, located in (GENTOFTE, DENMARK)
Duration: (6 months on-going)
POSITION SCOPE
- Planning and Risk Management support to early-development and bid preparation offshore wind projects
- Virtual collaboration mostly within APAC time zone – but also Central European time zone
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Project Management Team (Project Development Director & Technical Project Manager) in developing the integrated time schedule and human resource plan for projects in early development stage, based on input from relevant package managers
- Support PMT in establishing the risk register for the project, including identification and quantification of risks, as well as definition of mitigation actions in cooperation with the relevant package manager
- Prepare and communicate scenario analyses (schedule & risk) for selected business cases
- Contribute to the schedule and risk sections in the bid documentation as per auction requirements
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Offshore wind projects and/or bid preparation phase in public auction frameworks
- Min of 10 years relevant experience in scheduling, HR and risk management – following PMI approac
- Primavera P6 (schedule & HR) and ARM (risk management)
- Early development / bid preparation projects
