JOB OFFER – Recruitment Consultant

  3. Role will be based at Mentor’s UK Head offices in heart of Canary Wharf, London.

  6. As part of a dynamic team you will work closely with Recruitment Team, Business Managers and the Business Unit Manager to meet our customers’ needs for many worldwide projects.



  1. Analyse job requirements with the business managers and prepare suitable shortlist of candidate profiles for requirements and preferred candidate recommendations.
  2. Prepare and publish job adverts on the various websites and job boards.
  3. Source, identify and review suitable candidates in an efficient and timely manner.
  4. Contact candidates, conduct interviews (phone / Teams / face to face), negotiate salary / package / Day rate and  shortlist the best technical profiles to match our clients and/or projects’ needs.
  5. Present opportunity details, main tasks and challenges of the position to candidates and overcome any queries and questions.
  6. Present opportunity terms and conditions, cost build-up, salary analysis, salary negotiation and administrative functions when needed.
  7. Build an effective Talent pool by adding new profiles and ensuring a day to day update of candidates’ data (General and specialized CV libraries / databases /Linkedin etc).
  8. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
  9. Ensure a niche recruitment in various industries (Petrochemical, Renewable, Oil & Gas, Nuclear & Infrastructure…)
  10. Confidence in dealing with sourcing for tenders, with project recruitments and in-house recruitment.
  11. Prepare and attend weekly meetings to outline weekly objectives and tasks.
  12. Coordinate with recruitment team and Business Managers to follow up and response to open needs within the due dates.
  13. Be able to response to urgent demands within very tight deadlines.
  14. Follow KPI’s related to the recruitment activities and prepare weekly, monthly and Reporting.
  15. Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and all changes in regulations relating to employment in the UK and Europe.
  16. Research and report on Key Projects and developments to company management team, collate and present relevant industry news.
  17. Assist with business development as part of collective team effort.



Diploma: HR specialization or equivalent diploma
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international and technical recruitment.
Good knowledge of the recruitment industry and experienced in provision of placing candidates both domestically and on international assignments. (Contract and Permanent staffing)

Relevant experience within international recruitment in various Industries (In particular Oil & gas and Renewable energies, Nuclear and large infrastructure projects)

Good organizational skills, rigor, determination, self-starter, mature mindset to work as part of a global engineering group of companies, excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
Previous Bullhorn user advantageous
Languages: English and proficiency in other languages ​​will be a plus as recruitment will be conducted in UK and Northern Europe
