As part of a dynamic team you will work closely with Recruitment Team, Business Manager and the Business Unit Manager to meet our customers’ needs for many worldwide projects.
YOUR ACTIVITIES
Analyze needs with the business managers and make briefings on jobs’ requirements and desired profiles.
Prepare and publish job advertisements on the various websites and job boards.
Source, identify and sort suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and conduct the pre-selection interviews (phone / Teams / face to face) to shortlist the best technical profiles to make them available for our clients and/or projects’ needs.
Present mission details, main tasks and challenges of the position to candidates.
Present mission conditions, cost build-up, salary analysis, salary negotiation and administrative functions when needed.
Build an effective Talent pool by adding new profiles and ensuring a day to day update of candidates’ data (General and specialized CV libraries / databases).
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
Ensure a niche recruitment in various industries (Petrochemical, Renewable, Oil & Gas, Nuclear & Infrastructure…)
Be in ease with sourcing for tenders, with project recruitments and in-house recruitments.
Prepare and attend weekly meetings.
Coordinate with recruitment team and Business Managers to follow up and response to open needs within the due dates.
Be able to response to urgent demands within very tight deadlines.
Follow up the KPI related to the recruitment activities and prepare weekly, monthly and Reporting.
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and all changes in regulations.
Research and report of Key Projects and developments to company management team, collate and present relevant industry news.
Diploma: HR specialization or equivalent diploma
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international and technical recruitments.
Local contract, Singaporean citizen or PR.
Competencies:
Good Knowledge of the Technical Assistance activity (provision of international staff)
Relevant experience within international recruitment in various Industries (In particular Oil & gas and Renewable energies)
Good organization, rigor, excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
Bullhorn user / Administrator
Languages: English and proficiency in other languages will be a plus as recruitment will be conducted in the south Asian region like Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and China.
