Our international offices located in the UK, US, Asia and Australia provide Consultants for our Clients to successfully develop and execute Oil and Gas, Renewable Energies and large-scale Infrastructure projects.

Based in Canary Wharf, London, we are a small friendly team with the backing of one of the world’s largest construction and engineering services companies and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to perform a range of Recruitment, Business Development, Sales and associated activities.

Recruitment and associated activities for both contract and permanent personnel required by our global clients, including finding profiles to match our clients’ expectations, screening and arranging/coordinating interviews

Delivery focused role across the following industries: Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind, Infrastructure projects. Project locations are primarily within the UK and across Europe, with occasional assistance for international roles to colleagues in our overseas offices

Act as a point of contact for our current and future contractors. Respond to any requirements they might have and quickly deal with any problems that arise during the course of their assignments

Carry out business development activities with our clients which could include attending client meetings, promoting company and group services, and engaging in various relationship building opportunities.  Network and gather information on current and future projects and develop and cultivate in-depth and robust relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders


You will ideally have worked in a technical recruiting capacity for at least 3 – 5 years, preferably within a specialist Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining or Power team and will have worked predominantly with engineering candidates

Experience in dealing with negotiations (both client and candidate focused) and be able to manage commercial discussions about contracts, job descriptions, working conditions, pay-rates, offer-closing and post placement candidate care

Knowledge of additional complexities of placing Candidates on international assignments would be an advantage.

Well organised, determined, great interpersonal skills, equally confident working both on your own and as part of a team, including liaising with colleagues overseas.
