PROJECT MANAGER required for Esbjerg Denmark, Offshore and Onshore

Context and environment
2 Direct reports managing an overall team of 70 positions
Reporting to Group Contracts Manager & Group Logistics Manager based in London, UK
Technical operations to be performed Onshore and Offshore Esbjerg, Denmark for client activities requiring: HSE Supervisors, Laboratory Technicians, Production Operators, Permit Coordinators
Manage ongoing rotations of Core Crew approx. 40 positions, Campaign Crew approx. 30 positions (campaign estimated 9 months per year), as per Client needs
Smooth and efficient logistics operations are highly critical to avoid any negative impact on Client Project including mobilisation & demobilisation of Consultants, local transport & accommodation, management of PPE
Activities

Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy and participate in the definition of the Department's Safety and Environment objectives
Organize and follow up HSE anomalies and events reported, monitor corrective actions to be implemented
Ensure compliance with, and adherence to, requirements of agreed collective bargaining agreement(s) with local Danish union(s)
Develop and implement operational procedures related to Technical Logistics activity to ensure fulfilment of Client contract
Manage timesheet activities to ensure smooth Client invoicing process
Verify Contractor’s invoices and ensure concordance with the services performed and contractual rates
Perform Service Quality Meetings (SQM’s) and provide feedback when and where required.
Ensure line management kept informed on relevant issues which could affect safety, operational and commercial aspects of the operations
Maintain records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting of the logistics activities, Prepare relevant data required for cost allocation
Lay down and put in place KPI's indicators for logistics operations; participate in the definition, implementation and monitoring of action plans
Contribute to annual budget preparation. Follow up budgets for operations, liaise with cost control for production of closing forecasts
Participate when required in any audits carried out by internal or external entities
Accountabilities
Ensure availability and suitability of Services and PPE to meet Client requests and needs
Ensure compliance of the Operations with all relevant Statutory, Company standards and rules, audits findings
Suggest, Design & Implement KPIs and any other required reports & benchmarks
Ensure that Contractor invoices are correct and in line with services rendered.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Onshore and Offshore activities and logistics resources (base, vessels, helicopters, etc)
Knowledge of Resourcing/Recruitment advantageous
An analytical mind, organizational rigor, holistic approach, tenacity, capabilities to demonstrate good leadership within a team
Ability to write Instructions and Procedures
Languages: Fluent English needed, French or Danish would be an advantage
